Previously used only by major global banks, advanced AI technology for professional archives is now available to small and mid-sized businesses through Smarsh AI Assistant.
Smarsh, a company specialising in communications data and intelligence, has introduced a new AI-driven solution – AI Assistant for Professional Archive, which facilitates compliance with regulations for small and middle-sized businesses (SMBs).
The Smarsh AI Assistant quickly analyzes compliance risks with high accuracy, speeds up compliance reviews, and translates and reviews messages and communications in multiple languages for better compliance monitoring, saving businesses time and effort. This tool is primarily designed for financial firms such as investment advisors, brokers, hedge funds, insurers, and government agencies.
The new tool will be available to select customers in March 2025, with a full rollout later in the year. It will be an affordable add-on for Smarsh Professional Archive users.
The Smarsh Professional Archive is a comprehensive compliance archiving platform designed to help businesses manage and monitor their electronic communications from over 80 communication channels effectively.
